Here we go! Let’s do this, again. You know that story where Covid happens, then you get a new job, then you’re helping family out, then you procrastinate ,then something else comes up - and you get off track? Well, that’s what happened with BefreeGfree.
But we can't let our failures become obstacles to achieving our dreams; failures are stepping stones for reaching our greatest potential. Every time I eat at a restaurant, I think about all of you who I want share these recipes, pictures and experiences with, because we are only stronger together.
Being diagnosed with celiac actually helped me realize that what I put in my body impacts the way that I feel and the way that I think. I hope that some of the recipes, posts and experiences I share help encourage you on your journey, and nourish you.
Summer is a great time to return and share stories and memories with all of you because eating gluten-free is so much easier in the summer. There’s so much freshness all around us! I use my time in the garden to meditate and be grateful for the bounty that is provided for me. Here is a picture of fresh vegetables straight from the garden.
